Built by two people who care about how the work gets done.
We’re Greg and Kymbat King. We started Dotset Labs to help businesses put AI and automation to practical use in the work their teams repeat every day.
Why we started
Good tools still need someone to make them work together.
We kept seeing the same gap: software was getting more capable, but people were still moving information between tools, checking spreadsheets by hand, and chasing the next step.
Our experience brings together the technical work and the day-to-day details. Greg builds software with AI. Kymbat understands administrative processes and data. We work with the people doing a task to find an improvement that is useful, manageable, and worth its cost.
Dotset Labs is based in Washington, D.C. We work with law firms, HR service firms, and other professional services teams, locally and remotely.

Kymbat brings law-firm administrative and data analytics experience. She maps how the work happens, checks the data, works through exceptions with your team, and helps measure the result.
