What you receive

A practical recommendation, with the reasoning behind it.

01

A map of the current work

Where it starts, who handles it, which tools are involved, and where it waits or needs rework.

02

An estimate of the benefit

Volume, staff effort, and delays, using available records. We distinguish measured facts from assumptions.

03

A recommended approach

What existing features can cover, what needs connecting, where AI helps, and which steps need a person.

04

A plan you can price and review

A proposed scope, schedule, implementation cost, ongoing costs, data requirements, and responsibilities.

A focused engagement

One process, from start to finish.

The fixed fee covers one agreed workflow, conversations with its owner and up to three people involved in the work, a review of representative material, and a walkthrough of our recommendation.

We ask you for a list of the tools involved, a few examples, and any available measures of volume or effort. Sample or de-identified information is best to start with.

The usual two-to-three-week schedule begins once discovery is arranged and depends on your team’s availability. We confirm the meetings and materials needed before starting.

You keep the assessment and can use it to plan your next step. Implementation, software subscriptions, and a wider review of your business are separate work. If no build is justified, we will say so.

Inside a Blueprint

A sample recommendation.

This short illustration shows the kind of decision the assessment helps you make. It uses an invented reporting process.

Weekly client reporting

Illustrative excerpt

The current process
A coordinator exports records from two systems, compares departments, follows up on differences, and assembles a client report.
What to measure
Reports prepared per month, active preparation and review time, unresolved differences, and corrections after delivery. Establish the baseline with the team.
Recommendation
Use existing exports and a rules-based comparison. Let a reviewer confirm differences before preparing the report. AI is only needed if source notes or documents require interpretation.
Acceptance criteria
Every source row is accounted for. Known differences are flagged. Unresolved items stay visible. The report records its source dates and reviewer.
Before starting
Confirm access, data definitions, storage, the review owner, and a manual fallback. Quote the build and monthly costs together.
