Services & pricing
We help you choose, configure, and connect the tools that make everyday work easier. When something needs to be built, we take it through testing, launch, and handoff.
What we work on
Collect the information and documents needed to start work, check for gaps, and prepare the next record.
Compare reports from different systems and give your team a focused list of differences to resolve.
Bring approved data together, apply agreed calculations, and prepare reports for review on a regular schedule.
Sort incoming work, draft the next response, assign an owner, and surface requests that still need attention.
These are starting points. If another recurring task is costing your team time, we can discuss that too.
How an engagement works

We discuss a recent example, how often the work happens, and what it costs your team. If the problem is clear enough, we can scope an implementation directly.
You leave with a suggested next step, including whether more investigation would help.
When discovery is needed
$1,500 · Fixed price
For one process with unanswered questions about the steps, systems, or likely benefit. We map the work, assess the options, and prepare an implementation proposal.
The recommendation may be to configure an existing feature, connect tools, build a missing piece, or leave the process as it is.

From $5,000 · Quoted by scope
One defined workflow, including configuration or development, testing with your team, launch, documentation, and training. The proposal sets out the systems, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance criteria.
If a technical uncertainty needs a separate pilot, we explain what it will test and price it explicitly. A pilot is not a required extra stage for every project.
After launch
Agreed before implementation
Support can include monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and scheduled reviews. We agree on included work, response hours, and who handles issues in each system.
Software subscriptions and usage charges are listed separately. New features and larger changes are quoted before work begins.
Planning the full cost
Every proposal separates our fees, software costs, and your team’s involvement. This example shows how those pieces add up.
Actual costs depend on your systems, usage, and support needs. We confirm them in your proposal.
Illustrative budget · Not a quote
An existing export from each system, a review step, and a report delivered to an agreed location. No software migration or custom portal.
Illustrative amounts before any applicable taxes. Client staff time is additional; its expected commitment belongs in the proposal too.
A worthwhile first project
A good starting point has a regular volume of work, someone who knows the process, access to the relevant systems, and a benefit you can measure.
We work with your IT provider and software vendors as needed. We do not offer 24/7 incident response; time-critical processes need an agreed owner and fallback.
